The Cabinet on 20 February 2019 had approved the establishment of Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA) through the merging of Malaysian Remote Sensing Agency (MRSA) and National Space Agency (ANGKASA). The initiative of MYSA is to ensure the development and management of the national space sector in a strategic, organised and comprehensive manner.

Satellite Open Data Terms and Conditions Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA)

Satellite data under the MYSA Open Data Initiative are satellite raster data received at the MYSA Satellite Data Receiver Station in Temerloh, Pahang or from other external sources. Satellite data distributed under this initiative are unrestricted remote sensing satellite data that has a spatial resolution of more than 5 meters
